With recent world events, we realized more than ever, how important our environment was to our overall well-being and health. Natural Rhythms was born to help you connect back to your core, to nature, and to your home. Just like the natural rhythms that exist all around us, our designs are not forced or rushed. We carefully take our time to guarantee your home is exactly how you envisioned it, leaving you with peaceful, serene surroundings–a true oasis.

Meet...
Lindsay Guibor, Founder & Lead Designer
Meet Lindsay (Linds)! She is the founder of Natural Rhythms, lover of planet Earth, and all around beam of light. She grew up in a medically-focused household and learned at an early age about Eastern medicine and lifestyle. She was interested in how everything connects and realized how much medicine already exists on the planet that we don’t take advantage of. Lindsay sought to understand how our lifestyle makes us feel in our bodies and how we can improve our overall well-being. Her mom is originally from Finland and these roots–to a simpler way of life surrounded by Mother Earth–have inherently stayed with her as she navigates this fast-paced, disconnected world. She brings this philosophy with her to her business, seeking to invent environments and dwellings in which people can once again feel connected to themselves by blending our natural living world with the indoors.

With the help of our specialty software, our 3D designs allow us to create your whole space remotely with you folded into the process at every stage.
Then, we show you exactly where you can purchase all the materials and furniture for you to execute the design on your own time.
